Acceptance (noun)

Your agreement to these terms. By using scalptheory.shop, you accept these terms. The terms in force on the day you order apply to that order. If these terms change, the updated version is posted on this page with a new effective date.

Accounts (noun)

Optional logins for the store. You do not need an account to order. If you create one, keep your login details safe and tell us if you believe your account has been misused.

Descriptions (noun)

Product descriptions and specifications. Descriptions describe the item as we understand it from the supplier. Specifications are labeled proposed — verify with supplier where they have not been independently verified. Verify specifications with the supplier before relying on them for a purchase decision. Colors may vary slightly between your screen and the item itself.

Governing law (noun)

The law that applies to these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA.

Intellectual property (noun)

Our content. The text, images, logos, and design of this site belong to ScalpTheory or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not copy, republish, or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our permission.

Liability (noun)

What we owe you if something goes wrong. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to your use of the site or your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Mispriced items (noun)

Products listed at the wrong price. If a product is listed at the wrong price — a typo, a system error, a stale feed — we may cancel the order and refund you in full before shipping, and we will email you to explain. We will not charge you the wrong price and we will not ship an order we have cancelled.

Order acceptance (noun)

When your order becomes binding on us. Your order confirmation email is a receipt only. We accept your order when the order ships. Until then, we may cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled — for example, if an item is out of stock — and refund you in full.

Pricing (noun)

What things cost. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). The price shown on a product page is the price you pay for the item. Taxes are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Payment is charged at order placement through Shopify secure checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Third-party links (noun)

Links from our site to other sites. The site may link to third-party sites, including Shopify checkout and carrier tracking pages. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Use (noun)

Acceptable use of the site. You agree not to misuse the site — no attempts to interfere with its operation, no scraping or automated bulk access, no use of the site for anything unlawful, and no impersonation of ScalpTheory or anyone else.
