Payment Policy

Accepted methods (noun)

The ways you may pay. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are in U.S. dollars (USD).

Charge timing (noun)

When your payment is taken. Payment is charged at order placement — when you complete checkout. The total shown at checkout includes the item price plus the taxes calculated at checkout. Shipping is free, so there is no shipping charge.

Declined payment (noun)

A payment the bank does not approve. If a payment is declined, check with your bank first — a declined payment is usually a bank hold, an expired card, or a limit issue. You may retry the payment or try another payment method. Orders are not held while a payment is unresolved: if the payment does not go through, the order does not go through. You are welcome to place the order again once the payment issue is resolved.

Original payment method (noun)

The card, account, or wallet you paid with. Refunds go to your original payment method only. We cannot send a refund to a different card, account, or person.

Refunds (noun)

Money sent back to you. Refund timing is set by the policy that applies: for returns, refunds are released 7–10 business days after return acceptance (see Returns & Refunds); for cancelled or unfulfillable orders, refunds are issued in full at cancellation. Your bank or card issuer may need additional days to post the credit.

Secure checkout (noun)

The checkout system that protects your payment details. Checkout runs on Shopify secure checkout. Your card details go to Shopify and its payment processors, not to us. We never see or store your full card number. Look for the lock icon and the secure-checkout page before entering payment details, and never send card details to us by email — we will never ask for them.

Unfulfillable orders (noun)

Orders we cannot complete. No payment is taken for items we cannot fulfill. If an order cannot be fulfilled — for example, an item is out of stock — the order is cancelled and any payment taken is refunded in full. See Terms of Service for order acceptance.
